- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar or honey. Stir until well mixed.
- Add pineapple, mango, strawberries, orange, and lime slices to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional tropical fruit if desired.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine. You can also add fresh mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
