Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or Verdejo)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
- 1 cup grapes (green or red), halved
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (optional, for tropical flavor)
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar (if using) until dissolved.
- Add all sliced fruit and grapes (plus pineapple if desired).
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
- When ready to serve, top with sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing fizz.
- Pour into glasses over ice, making sure each serving has a mix of fruit pieces.
Notes
Secret tip: freeze some grapes or peach slices to use as natural ice cubes without watering down your sangria. You can also swap brandy for peach schnapps for extra fruity sweetness.
