Description

A classic white sangria recipe made with crisp white wine, citrus, peaches, and a splash of brandy. Refreshing, fruity, and perfect for warm weather gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes (green or red), halved
  • 12 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, stir together the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar (if using) until dissolved.
  2. Add sliced fruit (orange, lemon, lime, peaches, and grapes).
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a light fizz.
  5. Serve over ice, making sure each glass has fruit pieces.

Notes

For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato instead of a dry wine. Fresh berries or pineapple also make great additions.
