Description
A light and refreshing white sangria featuring crisp white wine, juicy peaches, citrus, and a splash of brandy. Perfect for summer gatherings or brunches.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps or brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 2–3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cup white grapes, halved
- 1–2 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps (or brandy), orange liqueur, and sugar (if using). Stir until dissolved.
- Add sliced peaches, lemon, lime, and grapes.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Just before serving, top with club soda or sparkling water for a light fizz.
- Serve over ice, garnished with extra peach slices.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine. Frozen peach slices can act as natural ice cubes.
