Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps or brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
  • 23 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white grapes, halved
  • 12 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine white wine, peach schnapps (or brandy), orange liqueur, and sugar (if using). Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add sliced peaches, lemon, lime, and grapes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.
  4. Just before serving, top with club soda or sparkling water for a light fizz.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with extra peach slices.

Notes

For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine. Frozen peach slices can act as natural ice cubes.
