- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea, cooled
- 1/3 cup coconut rum or light rum
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Edible hibiscus flowers or mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, hibiscus tea, coconut rum, orange liqueur, and honey or sugar. Stir until well mixed.
- Add pineapple, mango, strawberries, and lime slices.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a bubbly touch.
- Serve over ice and garnish with edible hibiscus flowers or mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For an extra tropical twist, add passionfruit pulp or a splash of coconut milk. Adjust sweetness according to taste.
