Description
A vibrant and refreshing summer sangria loaded with fresh seasonal fruits, chilled wine, and a splash of brandy. Perfect for picnics, BBQs, and summer parties.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry red or white wine (choose your favorite)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes (green or red), halved
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar (if using). Stir until dissolved.
- Add all prepared fruit: orange, lemon, lime, strawberries, peaches, pineapple, and grapes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
- Serve over ice, making sure each glass has a mix of fruit pieces.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry wine. You can also add watermelon or mango for extra summer flair.
