This Summer Berry Sangria is bursting with fresh seasonal flavors. Made with red wine, brandy, and an assortment of juicy berries, it’s a refreshing cocktail that’s perfect for outdoor parties, BBQs, and summer nights.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cups sparkling water, lemon-lime soda, or ginger ale
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar or honey. Stir well until dissolved.
- Add the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, lemon slices, and orange slices.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor infusion.
- Just before serving, top with sparkling water or soda for a fizzy finish.
- Serve over ice and garnish with extra berries if desired.
Notes
For a lighter sangria, use rosé instead of red wine. You can also add fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing twist.
