This Piña Colada Sangria combines the tropical flavors of pineapple and coconut with crisp white wine and rum. It’s a refreshing twist on a classic cocktail—perfect for summer parties and beach vibes!

- 1 bottle dry white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water (for topping)
- Ice cubes
- To garnish: shredded coconut, pineapple wedges, or maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine white wine, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add pineapple chunks, strawberries, and lime slices.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors blend.
- Before serving, add ice cubes and top with club soda for a refreshing fizz.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with shredded coconut, pineapple wedges, or cherries.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap cream of coconut with coconut water. You can also make it extra tropical by adding mango or passion fruit!
