Description
This Pineapple, Mango, Strawberry, and Green Apple White Wine Sangria is a tropical, refreshing twist on the classic. Made with crisp white wine, juicy fruit, and a splash of brandy, it’s the perfect party pitcher for summer celebrations, BBQs, or weekend get-togethers.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup triple sec or peach schnapps
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh mango chunks
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, triple sec (or schnapps), and sugar or honey if using. Stir until sweetener is dissolved.
- Add pineapple, mango, strawberries, and green apple slices. Mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight, to let the flavors infuse.
- When ready to serve, top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy finish.
- Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with extra fruit slices if desired.
Notes
For a tropical twist, try swapping sparkling water with coconut water or ginger ale. If you prefer it sweeter, add more fruit juice or soda before serving.
