This Fall Sangria is bursting with cozy autumn flavors — crisp apples, juicy pears, oranges, and a splash of cinnamon. Made with red wine and apple cider, it’s the perfect festive drink for Thanksgiving, Halloween, or any fall gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (optional)
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, sliced into rounds
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or ginger ale (to taste)
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine red wine, apple cider, brandy, and orange liqueur (if using). Stir well.
- Add sliced apples, pear, orange, cinnamon sticks, and pomegranate seeds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
- Before serving, add sparkling water or ginger ale for fizz.
- Serve over ice with fruit garnishes.
Notes
For an extra festive touch, rim your glasses with cinnamon sugar. You can also make this recipe with white wine for a lighter variation.
