Description
A refreshing white sangria made with crisp white wine, citrus, peaches, and a splash of brandy. Light, fruity, and perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1–2 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar (if using). Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add sliced lemon, lime, orange, peaches, and grapes.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to blend.
- Before serving, top with club soda or sparkling water.
- Serve over ice, garnished with extra fruit slices.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, swap in Moscato or Riesling. Fresh berries also make a colorful and tasty addition.
