Description

A refreshing white sangria made with crisp white wine, citrus, peaches, and a splash of brandy. Light, fruity, and perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 12 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar (if using). Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add sliced lemon, lime, orange, peaches, and grapes.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to blend.
  4. Before serving, top with club soda or sparkling water.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with extra fruit slices.

Notes

For a sweeter sangria, swap in Moscato or Riesling. Fresh berries also make a colorful and tasty addition.
