A perfectly balanced white wine sangria with juicy peaches, crisp citrus, and a hint of brandy. This refreshing summer cocktail is ideal for brunches, parties, or backyard gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps or brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 2–3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1–2 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, mix together white wine, peach schnapps (or brandy), orange liqueur, and honey or sugar (if using). Stir until dissolved.
- Add sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and grapes.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the flavors to blend.
- Just before serving, top with club soda or sparkling water for a light fizz.
- Serve over ice, making sure each glass has some fruit slices.
Notes
Pro tip: Freeze some of the peach slices to use as ice cubes, keeping your sangria chilled without watering it down.
