Description

A perfectly balanced white wine sangria with juicy peaches, crisp citrus, and a hint of brandy. This refreshing summer cocktail is ideal for brunches, parties, or backyard gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps or brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 23 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 12 cups club soda or sparkling water, chilled
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, mix together white wine, peach schnapps (or brandy), orange liqueur, and honey or sugar (if using). Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add sliced peaches, orange, lemon, and grapes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the flavors to blend.
  4. Just before serving, top with club soda or sparkling water for a light fizz.
  5. Serve over ice, making sure each glass has some fruit slices.

Notes

Pro tip: Freeze some of the peach slices to use as ice cubes, keeping your sangria chilled without watering it down.
