Description
This is the best white sangria recipe — crisp, fruity, and refreshing. Made with white wine, citrus, peaches, grapes, and a splash of brandy, it’s the perfect pitcher drink for summer parties or brunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 cup green or red grapes, halved
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda, chilled
- Ice, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, mix together the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and honey (if using). Stir until the honey dissolves.
- Add sliced lemon, lime, orange, peaches, and grapes.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight) so the flavors blend well.
- Just before serving, stir in sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing fizz.
- Serve chilled over ice, garnished with fresh fruit slices.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, try Moscato instead of a dry wine. You can also add strawberries or pineapple for extra tropical flavor.
