This Berry Sangria with a White Wine Twist is a refreshing, fruity cocktail perfect for summer gatherings. Crisp white wine combined with brandy, liqueur, and a mix of fresh berries creates a light and flavorful sangria that everyone will love.

- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or Chardonnay)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as triple sec or Cointreau)
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1–2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and sugar or honey. Stir until the sweetener dissolves.
- Add strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lemon slices, and lime slices to the pitcher.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to let flavors meld.
- Just before serving, add sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy touch.
- Serve over ice and garnish with additional fresh berries if desired.
Notes
For extra sweetness, use Moscato or Riesling instead of dry white wine. You can also add a few sprigs of fresh mint for a refreshing aroma.
